Exercise can give your body strength to help prepare you for birth and beyond.  Yoga is an ideal pregnancy exercise as it focuses on breath awareness and relaxation, two popular comfort measures during birth.  Water exercise is also great as the water creates a low impact environment for the pregnant body.  Talk to your care provider before starting any sort of exercise program.
